If the jewelry does not fit because of choosing wrong size, we can offer a resizing or adjustment services but an additional fee might be applied or we offer discounts for your next purchase on same jewelry with same details.

If you have any problem with delivery please contact us. If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us then we will give 15% discount for your next order and request to update your delivery address for next shipment.
